Project Overview
Wallion is a software development agency that is growing and wants to expand their business offering other services and reaching to a bigger audience. As they grew they needed to refresh their brand identity and present their new services in an attractive and user-friendly way to stand out in a competitive market.
My goals
My objective for this project was to design a responsive website that represented the values of their brand, engaging the potential customers to contact the agency easily, giving them a satisfactory and stable experience.
Client requirements
Wallion's team expected a rebirth of their brand and welcome a new era for their business, so I started studying their background and current branding, beggining to understand their needs & requirements and finding a new approach withouth losing their roots.
These are the main points on the briefing:

Discovery

Wallion's goal is to improve their market reach and be able to stand out in a crowded and competitive industry. As starting point of my research, I did a competitive analysis of local, national and international agencies with similar services.
My goal was to compare the following aspects:

As result of my research, some mandatory guidelines for the proyect were clear:
simplicity, conciseness & attractive aesthetics.

Define

After gathering what solutions & features would bring the most value for our users, I started sketching & wireframing and building the site map, running a card sorting session to test it.

Ideate

As mentioned before, the re-branding of the company's assets was one of the prioritory points on the client's requirements.

Once the estructure and the content was set and reviewed, I had the chance to start building up a new styleguide. My idea was to find a way to make small references to the previous style, to maintain some familiarity for the current users, finding a way to emphasize the tech and proffesional values of the brand.

Wallion see themselves as Digital Sherpas, guiding you through your digital journey, willing to connect brands & users. Having this in mind I started sketching a new logo, looking for a strong memorability and some of the brand's previous colors. I designed some illustrations that represent the connection between the company and their clients, similar to location points in a map or electronic circuits. This is the final result:
